Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and shipped back within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. Only US orders are eligible.

Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in original packaging with all tags intact, and free from perfume or stains. Orders not meeting criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Final Sale — Non-Returnable: Intimates & Lingerie, Bodysuits, Swimwear, Jewelry, Beauty products, Face masks, Openpack & Wholesale Orders, and items marked "Final Sale."

How to Return: Email support@lingerievibe.com with your order number. We respond within 2 business days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
