Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery (the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) and shipped back within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. Only US orders are eligible for returns.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In original packaging with all tags and SKU label intact
- Free from perfume, deodorant, or any stains
Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined entirely.
Final Sale — Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Intimates & Lingerie
- Bodysuits
- Swimwear
- Jewelry
- Beauty products
- Face masks
- Openpack & Wholesale Orders
- Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale"
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@lingerievibe.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond with return instructions within 2 business days
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method to the return address below
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Please allow 5–7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos and we will resolve it promptly.
